Spread out on the stylish Palma Signature Low Lounge set, which is durable, comfortable and easy to clean. This contemporary set includes a 5-seat corner lounger, with plush, waterproof cushions and a square aluminium slat coffee table.

The Palma Signature Low Lounge set provides plenty of space for you and your family to relax and appreciate the open air in your own back garden. With the addition of a coffee table, this set is ideal for placing nibbles and drinks as you chat away, but the table can also be converted into a footstool by moving the end cushion from each sofa.

Beautifully crafted, the Palma Signature Low Lounge is made with a sturdy aluminium frame and intricately covered with hand-woven synthetic rattan. The thick seat and back cushions have a 5cm foam core, providing luxury-feeling comfort and maintaining their shape for years to come. Though these cushions are waterproof, we advise using a protective cover so you can use your cushions straight away once they dry.

Best of all, the rattan is completely waterproof and UV resistant, so you can keep the sofa (excluding cushions) and coffee table outdoors all year round without worry of it deteriorating or fading.

Wicker

The synthetic wicker is weatherproof and can be left outdoors all year round (excluding cushions). We recommend cleaning when required with warm soapy water avoiding any harsh chemcials or using the Kettler wicker care kit. Remove dust regularly with a clean soft brush and wipe down with a clean damp cloth. Use pads, mats and coasters under plates, glasses cups etc to protect them from scratches, spills, stains and heat damage. Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining. Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately. Take care if using near a barbecue. Charcoal sparks could cause melting. Do not leave hot BBQ tools or other hot items directly on the table. Some styles of glassware can act as a magnifying glass in strong sunlight and will cause damage.

Protective covers are also available for most items.

Weatherproof Cushions

We recommend our weatherproof cushions are covered when not in use in order to use immediately. If the cushions get wet from a shower, they will take approx. 20 minutes – 2 hours to fully dry. We recommend storing in a dry ambient temperature during winter months. Kettler cushions are not suitable for dry cleaning and are not machine washable. Sponge clean only. We recommend the use of the Kettler fabric care kit to clean and protect your cushions. This is available to purchase from the Kettler website.

Tables

Use pads, mats and coasters under plates, glasses cups etc to protect them from scratches, spills, stains and heat damage. Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining.

Returns

  • Any item bought on our website includes a 14 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return the item, you must return it to us in its original packaging, in an unused and resalable condition.
  • All returns made under the 14-day money back guarantee must be at your own expense (recorded delivery recommended).
  • If we find the item to be used or not resaleable or outside of the timescales we will return to you at your cost.
  • We will refund you via the same payment method within 14 working days of receiving the item back. This does not affect your statutory rights. If any item is returned as faulty and there is no fault covered by the warranty the item will be returned at your cost.
  • To return an item, please email the after sales team at sales@kettlerdirect.co.uk. Include a copy of your invoice. We will send an authorisation code for returning the item.
  • Any returns must include a copy of your invoice.
    Once your order has been placed, there is no facility to cancel your order. You will have to wait for delivery and then return following the guidelines above.
