An exciting addition to the Kalos range, the Ibiza Floor standing heater boasts a simple, yet elegant design. The easy to use patio heater provides powerful heat output of up to 2500W allowing you to enjoy your garden for longer.

With the Kalos Ibiza Floor standing patio heater you can enjoy your garden for longer, even if the British summer is unpredictable. The free standing garden heater is constructed from powder coated stainless steel, making it durable and sturdy. With a single rose golden tube the heater emits a soft glow, creating a beautiful ambience as you warm up. With multiple heat options; 800W, 1600W & 2500W, you can create the perfect setting for any occasion. With a remote control included you can change the settings in the comfort of your sofa.

The floor standing patio heater can be easily moved and the pole height can be adjusted, giving you complete flexibility to position it how you want. Part of the exciting new Ibiza range which also includes the 1800W Floor standing heater with LED Lights and speaker.

We recommend you clean your Kettler furniture at the beginning and end of the season or more regularly if required. Never use abrasive chemicals or cleaning agents. Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately with warm soapy water.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug the heater and let it cool completely.
When disconnected from the electrical supply, clean the outside of the heater with a damp cloth. Never use corrosive or solvent cleansers or immerse in water. Wait until the unit is completely dry before use.

Storage Guidelines

If the heater will not be used for a long period of time, store, store it in a cool, dry location. To prevent dust and dirt build-up, use the original packaging to repack the heater.

Failure to comply with the above with void the warranty. This product may only be used for its intended purpose for residential premises.

Any other uses may affect the warranty.

All moving parts should be checked regularly and lubricated where necessary.

Returns

  • Any item bought on our website includes a 14 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return the item, you must return it to us in its original packaging, in an unused and resalable condition.
  • All returns made under the 14-day money back guarantee must be at your own expense (recorded delivery recommended).
  • If we find the item to be used or not resaleable or outside of the timescales we will return to you at your cost.
  • We will refund you via the same payment method within 14 working days of receiving the item back. This does not affect your statutory rights. If any item is returned as faulty and there is no fault covered by the warranty the item will be returned at your cost.
  • To return an item, please email the after sales team at sales@kettlerdirect.co.uk. Include a copy of your invoice. We will send an authorisation code for returning the item.
  • Any returns must include a copy of your invoice.
    Once your order has been placed, there is no facility to cancel your order. You will have to wait for delivery and then return following the guidelines above.
