Products are returned to us for a number of reasons: Because a customer has changed their mind; the product is ex-display; or it was used as a demonstrator. We then put the product through a rigorous refurbishing process and return it to saleable condition – repackaging it only where possible and necessary. After a final quality check, the product is marked as Certified Refurbished and can be sold as ‘fit for purpose’. However, whilst every effort is made to restore the products to their original condition, there may still be some minor cosmetic wear which will not affect the product’s operation.
Our engineers test every product before it can be sold.
All our refurbished products have been re-worked by our own staff and engineers. That’s why we are happy to guarantee the product for a full six months from the date of purchase.
Your refurbished product will be delivered free of charge – to your door. Most of the products will be pre-assembled and without packaging, but they will be carefully protected for the journey. Some products, due to their built dimensions may be delivered on a pallet. In this case we would ask you to accept the delivery and dispose of the pallet and any protective packing. You can see an example below. However, as a consequence, some postcode restrictions apply (see below). We also reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not accessible for the product (e.g. a table tennis table to a top floor flat).
We are unable to guarantee a timed delivery but you can request a delivery day (Monday – Friday).
We deliver to all areas of England and Wales. We deliver to Scotland with the exception of: The Highlands & Islands and Grampian regions. We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland.
Refurbished products offer the same great quality and functionality for less. You can also be reassured that the product has been checked and tested by us at Kettler before being sold to you, and you will be covered by our Refurbished Warranty. If you’ve changed your mind about an order, you can cancel at any time up to, and including 14 days of receiving your product.
