- How long is the Kettler Warranty?

All our wicker, mesh and wood garden furniture is covered by a comprehensive 3 year manufacturing warranty. It applies to domestic use only. For full Warranty Terms and Conditions click here.
Our other garden furniture products from Menos, Kalos, Parasols and spares come with a 12-month warranty.

- Do you offer international shipping?
No – we currently do not offer international shipping.
- What is your returns policy?
- I have a problem or query with my Kettler item what shall I do?
If you have a problem or query with your Kettler Garden furniture, then you need to contact the retailer you purchased the product from first. If your query remains unresolved then send an email to sales@kettler.co.uk.
- Do you offer assembly?
Currently we do not offer assembly for any of the Kettler items apart from the Neo Outdoor Kitchen. We provide assembly instructions and the necessary tools required to assemble the items at home.
- Do you supply protective covers?
We provide a wide range of protective covers which are custom made to fit the Kettler garden furniture. You can purchase these online by clicking here.
- On delivery I received a broken part or item. What should I do?

Wicker Furniture Questions
- Do I need a protective cover for my Kettler Wicker Furniture?
To protect your wicker garden furniture from tree sap and general garden dirt a protective cover is recommended. These can be purchased online here.
- How shall I clean my Kettler Wicker Furniture?
- Can my Palma Glass top table be left outdoors all year round?
The Palma Glass top table is suitable to be kept outdoors all year round. However, if there is a risk of anything falling on the glass top like a tree branch then we advise storing the table in a safe place.
- Do I need coasters for my Kettler glass top table?
We always recommend the use of coasters when dining outdoors on Kettler garden furniture. If hot glasses or plates are placed on the table top this may cause damage to the surface. Furthermore, in certain conditions sunlight can be magnified via drink glasses resulting in burn marks on the table top.
- Is the frame for the wicker furniture rustproof?
The frame for all Kettler wicker furniture is made from high quality aluminium square tube frame and is completely rustproof.
- Will my wicker furniture fade over time?
The Kettler wicker range is made from synthetic rattan which maintains the aesthetic qualities of natural rattan but will not deteriorate in the same way. The wicker is UV resistant however with prolonged exposure to the sun, some fading may occur.
- Can I get replacement foot caps for my wicker garden furniture?
- I have accidently broken the glass table top. Can I get a replacement?

- Can I replace the polywood slats on my wicker tables?

Metal Furniture Questions
- How do I clean my metal garden furniture?

- Is the paint finish UV resistant? Will it fade?
The paint on the metal furniture is UV resistant. However, with prolonged exposure to UV the paint will gradually start fading.
- Do I need to use coasters on my metal table?
We recommend the use of coasters when placing any hot dishes on the table to avoid any damage to the table top.
- My metal furniture has started rusting what shall I do?

- How do I treat my wood garden furniture?
We recommend the following cleaning regime using Kettler wood aftercare treatment to keep the furniture maintained and looking its best:
Kettler Hardwood Cleaner – during the Spring (once a year)
Kettler Hardwood Colour Protector – during the Spring (once a year)
Kettler Hardwood Shield – Spring and Autumn (2-3 times a year)
Care products are available to buy online from our website here. - Should I use a protective cover on my wood furniture?
Kettler wood furniture can be left outdoors all year round to weather naturally. However, if you want to keep your wood furniture in its original condition then we only recommend the use of the tailormade protective covers which are breathable and allow air to circulate around the furniture to prevent the build up of mould.

The storage instructions vary for each product. Please follow the care & maintenance instructions you receive with the product.
- Why has my Kettler Wood Furniture turned grey?
This is the natural weathering process for any wood furniture, it does not affect the strength or durability of the product. To prevent this process you can apply the Kettler Hardwood colour protector once a year.
- I have treated my wood furniture and now it has developed black marks, why is this?
This could be due to using an oil-based wood protector, which we do not recommend. We would suggest lightly sanding it down and then applying the Kettler Hardwood Protector which is water based. Alternatively, you can leave it to weather naturally.
- My wood furniture is spitting. Is this normal?
Over time wood furniture may start spitting as it dries out through the seasons. This is part of the natural weathering process. To prevent this we recommend using the Kettler Hardwood Protector at the beginning of the season to help restore the woods natural oils.
Textile Sling Furniture Questions
- Do I need a protective cover for my textile sling furniture?
The Kettler Textile Sling furniture is completely waterproof and rustproof so can be left outdoors all year round without using a protective cover.
- How shall I clean my Kettler textile sling furniture?
The Kettler textile sling furniture can be easily cleaned using a cloth and warm soapy water. Alternatively, for extra protection use the Kettler Multi-surface cleaner.
- How shall I store my Kettler textile sling furniture when not in use?
The Kettler textile sling is suitable to be left outdoors all year round without it fading or rusting.
Parasols Questions
- Do you supply covers for your parasols?
All of our parasols which cannot be easily stored inside come with a protective cover.
- How do I clean my parasol canopy?
To clean the parasol canopy you will firstly need to unscrew the top finial and take the canopy off the arms. Use a cleaning solution like the Kettler fabric and upholstery kit for the ultimate clean. Attach the canopy back onto the parasol to allow it air dry.
- Does over winding a parasol cause damage?
Yes- overwinding a parasol will cause damage to the mechanism.
- Can I use a Kettler parasol without a base?
No – If using a Kettler parasol, you must ensure you use a suitable Kettler parasol base.
- Is the parasol canopy waterproof?
All Kettler parasols are water resistant.
- Do you supply replacement parasol canopies for your canopies?
Yes- we supply replacement parts for our parasols. Send an email to sales@kettler.co.uk for pricing and availability.
- What is the UV factor on your parasols?
All Kettler parasols have a UV factor of 50.
Fire Pit tables Questions
- Do I need to assemble the firepit table?
Yes – a certain level of assembly is required for all Kettler Fire Pit tables. Full assembly instructions and tools are provided in the packaging.
- Can I cook on the firepit table?
The Kettler Firepits have been manufactured purely for heat and aesthetic purposes. None of the Kettler firepits are suitable to be used as a way of cooking food.
- Can I purchase more lava rocks?
Yes- it is possible to purchase more lava rocks. Email sales@kettler.co.uk to check availability and pricing.
- How should I store my fire pit table when not in use?
If you have the ability to store the firepit inside when not in frequent use, then this is the best way to protect it from winter weather. However, if you are unable to store this inside then we recommend that you purchase a protective cover for the table.
- How shall I clean my firepit table?
We advise periodically cleaning the firepit by removing the lava rocks and cleaning any loose debris from around the burners.
- Do the gas fire pits come with a gas bottle?
No- the gas bottle needs to be purchased separately.
- What gas do I need to use for my gas fire pit table?
For Kettler Gas fire pit tables you will require propane gas.
Cushions Questions
- How should I store my cushions during the winter months?
During long periods of non-use we advise that the cushions are stored in a dry, well-ventilated space.
- What happens if my cushions get wet?
When cushions get wet, the fire retardancy tends to leak out of the centre of the cushion, leaving the cushion cover marked with a white chalky substance. Sometimes this is removeable however, as it can stain, we strongly advise not allowing the cushions to get wet.
- How should I clean my cushion covers?
To remove any stains or marks from your cushion covers we advise using the Kettler Fabric Complete Care Kit.
- Is it possible to buy spare cushions?
Yes- it is possible to buy spare cushions. Email sales@kettler.co.uk for pricing and availability.
- Are the Kettler cushions fire retardant?
All of our cushions are tested and manufactured to comply with EU Fire retardancy.
- Can I leave my cushions outside all year round?
During summer periods your cushions are fine to be kept outdoors. However, during prolonged periods of not using your garden furniture we advise that’s cushions are stored in a dry, well ventilated space.
- Can I wash my cushion covers in the washing machine?
No – cushion covers are not machine washable. To remove stains, we advise using the Kettler Fabric cleaner with a sponge.
- Can I purchase spare cushion covers?
Yes- it is possible to purchase spare cushions covers. Email sales@kettler.co.uk for pricing and availability.
- Are Kettler cushions waterproof?
All Kettler cushions are water resistant but not waterproof! We advise to remove cushions from the sets when they are not in frequent use and for these to be stored inside.
